Westend
Westend is a multi-use commercial development that features a shopping mall (retail and entertainment areas), a 250 key five star hotel, an IT park and serviced apartments.

About Builders
Suma Shilp Ltd. is in the business of construction, real estate development and property management since 1969. Suma Shilp Ltd. and its associate companies have developed projects ranging from bridges and flyovers to self contained residential townships, IT parks, commercial and retail projects in prime areas of Pune.
Mr. Anand Naralkar started the business in 1969 by forming a partnership firm called ‘Vastushilp’. This was the forerunner to Suma Engineering Private Limited, and subsequently, Suma Shilp Ltd.
Mr. Pramod Naralkar, a Civil Engineer from IIT Mumbai and post graduate from Duke University, USA has led the company since 1983.
